A variety of services to assist your company in managing day-to-day cash flow receivables:
Most businesses require an employee to gather checks received, create a deposit and deliver to the bank. Web Remote Deposit Capture (Web RDC) will streamline this process for your business by allowing you to scan checks in your own offices and then deposit to your Providence Bank & Trust account via the Internet.1
For companies with more than one location, Providence WebRDC allows multiple users to make check deposits from various locations through one single database.

Quickly manage a variety of transactions through Providence Bank & Trust Online Banking. ACH Payments enables you to create electronic transfers to or from accounts of other companies or individuals, directly to your business account via ACH. ACH Debits move funds from the accounts of receivers and credit them to your corporate account. It is a low-cost alternative for the collections of recurring payments, such as club dues, condo fees, rent, and donations.
Eliminate excess balances in separate accounts by using ZBA’s. It provides an easy fully automated way to separate specialized disbursement or depository activity into distinct sub accounts while retaining cash in a single master operating account.
Providence Bank & Trust can receive wire transfers into corporate accounts and report the receipt to clients.
