  1. Add/set up your eligible Providence Bank & Trust debit cards to Apple Pay:
    • On iPhone, open the Wallet app and tap the plus sign. From there, follow the onscreen instructions.
    • On Apple Watch, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and select “Wallet & Apple Pay”, then tap “Add Credit or Debit Card.” From there, follow the onscreen instructions.

  2. Pay easily and securely. To pay within stores, hold iPhone near the contactless reader with your finger on Touch ID®. On Apple Watch, just double-click the side button and hold the display of your Apple Watch up to the contactless reader. To pay within apps on iPhone and iPad, select Apple Pay as the payment method and place your finger on Touch ID.2 .
  3. Control usage/access in Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch and monitor your card activity in online or mobile banking.1

How do I set up Fitbit Pay?

To start, add/set up your eligible Providence Bank & Trust debit card to the Wallet section of he Fitbit app:

  • With your watch nearby, from the Fitbit App dashboard, tap or click the Account icon > your device image.
  • Tap or click the Wallet tile.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to add a payment card.  If you are setting up Fitbit Pay for the first time, you will be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN code for you watch.  Note that you also need to have Touch ID or a PIN code turned on for your phone.
  • After you have added a card, follow on-screen instructions to turn on notifications for your phone to compete setup.
